Software Overview (Pie 3D stacked graphs).

Bar Graph MDI is software using files and web pages to display bar graphs and Pie 3D stacked graphs . It reads the columns and results from files or web pages using GRML, CSV, or text delimited formats. Pie 3D stacked graphs

Bar graphs and Pie 3D stacked graphs are created by calculating the occurence of a result in a file or web page.

Bar graphs and Pie 3D stacked graphs are created using one (1) column of the results. It is the first column in the file or web page. Pie 3D stacked graphs

Types of graphs.

Bar Graph MDI uses 6 graphs. There are bar graphs, Pie 3D stacked graphs, stacked bar graphs, 3D bar graphs, 3D Pie 3D stacked graphs, and 3D stacked bar graphs.

Displaying bar graphs.

The total for each unique result is displayed.

Dsiplaying Pie 3D stacked graphs.

The totals are divided by the total number of results. This creates the frequency. The pie graph shows the frequency of a result, as a percentage of all results.

Bar graphs use rectangular bars to represent data points on a plane. Bar graphs are used for comparing amounts, or frequency of occurrence, of items in a set of data.

Bar graphs 'allow comparison of groups of data', and 'enable generalizations of data quickly'.

Bar graphs have a title, axes, scale, label, and bars.

Details.

The title of bar graphs is optional, but provides a description of what the bar graph is measuring.

There are two axes in bar graphs. They are horizontal and vertical. The axis, representing each item of data, is the base. The other axis represents the amount, or frequency, of each item of data.

The labels of bar graphs describe what is being measured. For example, number of cars, production hours, or time in days are possible labels. Each axis uses a label.

The scale represents the quantity of measurement. Scale could be 1..2..3, or 10..20..30, etc. Each axis has a scale.

The bars, in bar graphs, represent data plotted using the horizontal and vertical axes. The bar height is the absolute value of the data from the base. The bar width is arbitrary. Pie 3D stacked graphs
