    Description.

    GRML file and web browsers are used for data analysis, reporting, and management. Some common tasks performed are managing data from affiliate accounts, analyzing log files, tracking customer activity, and managing advertising/marketing campaigns.

    While these are just a few examples of commerical use of this software, anyone using a database, spreadsheet, or analysis software will benefit from the available features.

    Use Pioneer Report MDI to:
    • add, delete, and update data
    • sort data by column
    • view/organize/arrange image data
    • filter data by keyword phrase
    • save, load, and view files and web pages
    • read CSV and delimited formats.
    Use Tree MDI to:
    • group data by column
    • track data frequency within a group
    • save, load, and view files and web pages
    • read CSV and delimited formats.
    Use Bar Graph MDI to:
    • create bar, pie, stacked, and 3D graphs
    • show relative sizes of grouped data by column
    • save, load, and view files and web pages
    • read CSV and delimited formats.

    Browser types.

    There are two classes of browser: (Web Browsers - Intranet Software)
    • single doucment interface (SDI), and
    • multi-document interface (MDI).
    Both support files and web pages using GRML, CSV, and delimited formats.

    The browser interface has three parts. The navigation area contains the navigation buttons and the address bar. The dockable area contains the toolbars and windows to support file and web browsing. The viewing area displays content using files and web pages. (Web Browsers - Intranet Software)

    The viewing area in SDI browsers has only one display window. With MDI browsers, there is a workspace to support multiple display windows.

    Definition.

    A browser reads and displays files and web pages. The file format, it uses, determines the type of the browser. For example, Bar Graph MDI is a GRML browser.

    Browsers share the following attributes: navigation buttons, address bar, dockable toolbars, and dockable windows. MDI browsers have a workspace. SDI browsers do not.
