Launching the Browser

When you open Pioneer, it asks if you want to open a history file. The history file contains the file locations and URLs (web addresses) that are displayed in the History window. History files use the character-delimited format.

The web browser has five areas (besides the menu and status bar). They are the Navigation Bar, the Address Bar, the support toolbars, the workspace (which contains any open browser window(s)), and the support windows. When you first open Pioneer, one browser window is open by default in the workspace.
