Introduction.

Before reading the list.
The only thing determining the price, of a domain name, is supply and demand. Each domain is unique, a potential Mona Lisa. It is just like art.
Domain names bought at auctions have prices the market dictates. If you want to avoid auctions, rummage through virtual yard sales to find lost treasures. This involves contacting domain name owners directly. Offer to buy the name before others do. In many cases, it is cheaper to acquire domains this way.
